Returns & Customer Order Cancellations
Thank you for your custom. Refunds will not be given, unless goods are faulty. The management can provide an exchange or credit note, which is entirely at the discretion of the business directors.

Quotations
All works quoted for by photograph are based solely on what can be seen. If, upon inspection, the item requires additional work not visible in the photograph, this will be subject to an additional charge.
Note: With upholstery, the full extent of work required cannot always be ascertained until the fabric is removed.
Site Surveys
Site surveys are charged at £150 within a five-mile radius. Pricing for surveys further afield will depend on distance.
Payments
A 50% deposit is required with order confirmation.
The balance must be paid in full prior to dispatch or collection.
All fabrics must be paid for in full before commencement of work.
All charges are subject to VAT.
Lead Times
Estimated completion times will be provided at the point of order. These are given in good faith but are subject to change depending on workload, availability of materials, and unforeseen circumstances. Time shall not be of the essence in relation to completion.
Bespoke Items & Returns
All bespoke items are made specifically for the client and are non-refundable.
Returns of fabric are subject to a charge of 25% of the retail price plus carriage.
Collection & Delivery
Collection and delivery of items are to be arranged by the client.
Risk in the goods passes to the client once items are collected from our premises or handed to a courier/delivery company.
From notification of completion, items not collected within seven (7) days will be subject to storage charges at the following rates:
Chairs & ottomans under 1 metre: £10 per day
Sofas under 1.5 metres, chaise longues & ottomans over 1 metre: £20 per day
Sofas over 1.5 metres: £30 per day
Storage charges are applied to encourage prompt collection, as storage capacity is limited.
Delays in Fabric Selection
Items left pending upholstery due to a client taking more than seven (7) days to select fabric will be subject to storage charges as outlined above.
Cancellations
Any items kept in storage for more than seven (7) days where the client subsequently cancels the order will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
If an item remains in storage for more than one (1) month and the client cancels, a 100% cancellation fee will be due.
Liability
Neither Susan Osbourne Interiors Ltd nor Osbourne Upholstery Ltd accepts liability for any items once they have left the company’s premises.
Consultancy Services
An initial consultation fee of £250 is charged.
Further consultancy work is charged at £150 per hour (or part thereof, rounded to the nearest half hour).
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to delays by suppliers, strikes, transport disruption, extreme weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
